Heather L. Bozovich is an experienced attorney providing practical, client-focused legal services to individuals, families, businesses, and municipalities throughout Pennsylvania. She is known by her clients for her clear communication, careful attention to detail, and a thoughtful approach to solving legal problems.

Attorney Bozovich represents clients in a wide range of matters, including solicitor services, probate and estate administration, custody and divorce matters, and general civil matters. Attorney Bozovich was appointed the first female Solicitor of Clearfield County and has held the position since 2019. She also serves as Solicitor to numerous local government entities and authorities.

Attorney Bozovich received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance, Insurance and Business Law from Virginia Tech in 2007 and received her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Toledo. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and before the United States Supreme Court. She is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and currently serves on the House of Delegates.

Outside of the practice of law, Attorney Bozovich values time with her husband, Rob and three children. Being actively involved in family and community life provides perspective that carries into her legal practice and strengthens her dedication to serving clients and local governments with care, integrity, and sound judgment.
